Consignors tags must be on cardstock (65lbs). Tags made smaller, larger, or on paper will not be accepted. Below are examples of acceptable index cards for ReRuns R Fun. Any way you decide to create your tags, you MUST have accurate descriptions on each card!!!!!

Our program offers two choices:
1. Customize each card for each item (we recommend this!) Print 6 cards at a time on one 8.5x11 65 lb Cardstock page, then cut for individual tags (the middle price tag will be slightly smaller than the required 3x5 size, we WILL accept these!)

2. Print cards by price point, print 6 per page, then hand write detailed descriptions, size, etc. onto each card. You can NOT change prices on the cards once they're printed. The barcode will be set to the price you input.

WHY USE THE PROGRAM?
**Your barcodes will be printed directly onto your Tags! This will significantly speed up your check in process!
**Your consignor number will load automatically when you create your Tags. This removes the risk of writing the incorrect consignor number on your tags as well as putting on the wrong barcodes!!!
**The price will also be automatically printed on the card & Barcode, so no more putting the wrong priced barcode on an item!
**Your item will not be rejected due to incorrect Tags!

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED:
*It is critical that you only use 65lb  CARD STOCK.  Paper does not work with our register system and will, likely, tear from your item making it unsellable.

*If you decide to change the price on any item or add/remove NDs, you must create a new card! Handwriting on the card will NOT correct the barcode. A new card must be created.
*When entering prices, just put the whole number in (ie: 7, 10, 25, etc.) The program will not allow you to put decimal points and you do NOT have to put the 00s. Putting 00s will make the price in the hundreds!!!!
*Save ink and print your cards using the FAST DRAFT option on your printer. Do NOT print using HIGH QUALITY mode; this uses too much ink and will cause your barcodes to "bleed" and they will not scan
*Once you have created your tags, you must print or save the file before you move onto your next "batch" of cards!
