We are a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers, so come join us in the fun and excitement...Become a volunteer. It is incredibly rewarding!!
In order to shop early (before the consignors!) and receive all of the benefits of a volunteer you must commit to and follow through with 20-25 hours of volunteering between March 19th - April 17th. Shifts are a minimum of 5 hours each. Only one person can shop per 20/25 hour schedule. Volunteers must be 13 years or older. Adult volunteers may not bring their children with them to work. We do have volunteers that work 50 & 100 hours and allow them only to bring their children with them (they wouldn't see them for weeks otherwise!) - Full Time (Minimum 25 hours) - Shop on Tues, March 30th at 5:00PM
- Part Time (Minimum 20 hours) - Shop on Tues, March 30th at 6:00PM

Benefits for our 20/25 hour volunteers: - Shop early for the best selection & best prices; shop with 80 other volunteers instead of hundreds and hundreds of consignors.
- No item limits, such as maternity, shoes, baby clothes, etc.
- Shop 1/2 Price Day 1 hour before we open to the public.
- Preview inventory (as it comes in).
- "Pick-up" (picking up unsold items) is a benefit offered only to volunteers. (5 hour and Food/Supply volunteers also get this benefit)
- Our 20/25 hour volunteers can not mix food/supply shifts to get their hours in...we need the help at the sale!
- Have fun meeting other moms (and dads!) with something in common…children!
Flexibility: There are many aspects to pulling this sale together and we need volunteers who are open to doing everything from sweeping & cleaning to helping our customers.
Responsibility: Because this is a volunteer run organization we rely on your help more than anything. You are expected to work your scheduled shift having arrived early enough to be ready to go when your shift starts.
- We LOVE having men as volunteers. There is plenty of work for them and their hours can count toward yours.
- Please let us know in advance if you have any physical conditions (e.g. high-risk pregnancy, broken arm, recent surgery, etc.) that prevent you from doing heavy lifting and other activities.
- We schedule for beverages and food to be donated by consignors for our hard working volunteers!
- We do allow children that are 13 years and older to volunteer for service hours (ie: Honor Roll, Confirmation, etc.) However, these hours can not count toward volunteer shopping hours
